Kathmandu, May 11

Ukraine has killed between 8 to 10 Russian generals during the war in Ukraine according to Scott Berrier, head of the U.S defence intelligence agency (UDIA) .

Berrier disclosed the estimate while testifying before the senate committee. Berrier told senators that because Russia lacks a non-commissioned officer corps, its generals have to go forward into combat zones and end up in dangerous position.

In general Berrier said that Ukraine is better prepared to take part in the conflict of motivated soldiers, even if its troops are much smaller than russian forces.

Expert says during Russia war in Ukraine, Russia's top military leadership has proven to be vulnerable and directionless.
