Russian missiles hit infrastructure facilities in the Ukrainian port of Odessa on Saturday, the Ukrainian military said, a day after Russia and Ukraine signed an agreement to reopen ports on the Black Sea to resume grain exports.

Serhii Bratchuk, a spokesman for the Odessa military administration, said two missiles hit the infrastructure of the port and two were shot down by Ukraine's air defense.

At least six explosions were heard in Odesa, according to Ukrainian member of parliament Oleksiy Goncharenko.

Missiles struck a key Ukrainian port Saturday, just one day after Kyiv and Moscow signed a breakthrough deal to unblock shipments of grain.
