Today, in most parts of the country Partly to moderate cloud cover is expected and light to moderate rainfall is expected in some places.

The effect of three winds including monsoon  has been seen in Nepal. According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon winds in the eastern part and local winds in the central and western parts of the country have an effect, while the east-west low pressure line in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar of India also affects Nepal.

Due to this effect, there is normal to complete change in Province No. 1, Madhes Pradesh, Bagmati and Gandaki Pradesh and partial to normal change in the rest of the Province.

Light to moderate rains are expected at some places in Bagmati and Gandaki and a few places in Madhes, Karnali and Lumbini.
