It has been found that the government led by CPN-UML President KP Sharma Oli distributed money arbitrarily in the name of 'financial assistance'. This amount has been made available to leaders and activists of political parties and organizations through the Ministry of Home Affairs.

In the name of financial assistance, more than 30 crore rupees have been distributed in three years. This report is not of any private organization, the report prepared by the government agency shows that the Oli-led government has distributed the amount under the heading of financial aid.
