Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky ruled out possibility of holding peace talks with Russia without the withdrawal of troops from his country. Zelensky made these remarks while speaking after talks with United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan.
Zelensky said that he was "very surprised" after Erdogan told him that Russia was ready for peace. "First they should leave our territory and then we'll see," the Ukrainian President said as quoted by AFP.
