England are through to the European Championship final after beating Sweden 4-0 in the semi-final. Sarina Wiegman's side comfortably cruised past the second-ranked side in the world after goals from Beth mead, Lucy Bronze, Alessia Russo and Fran Kirby. Wiegman's side are through to their first final since 2009.

England will compete in its third Women’s Euro final in front of a home crowd at Wembley Stadium on Sunday. It can win the country’s first title if it defeats the winner of Wednesday’s semifinal between France and Germany.
