Minister of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Mohammad Istiaq Rayi's car has been booked by traffic police as it was found parking in prohibited area on the road.  

The traffic police fined the vehicle number (Ba 22cha 2583) after parking it in Jawalakhel of Lalitpur in violation of traffic rules. An officer of the traffic police said that the vehicle was being used by Minister.

However,it is not clear whether the minister was in that vehicle or not at the time of the action.
