Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', who is on a three-day visit to India, didn't get a chance to meet Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

President Prachanda, who arrived in Delhi last Friday on the invitation of ruling party Bharatiya Janata Party President JP Nadda, said that he would also meet Prime Minister Modi while responding to media persons at Tribhuvan Airport earlier.

It was reported that Dahal and Modi would have a breakfast meeting this morning. Then, it was said the meeting was postponed to the afternoon. But now, a source at his secretariat says, "The one who invited was the last meeting".

Prachanda is scheduled to return to Nepal today (Sunday) evening.
