The administration has declared prohibited area in various places of the district headquarters Mangalsen after the Binod Shahi's death case started escalating.

The District Administration Office, Achham has declared Durbar area, District Court, District Government Attorney's Office, Bairagi Dhara bus counter, Mangalsen Municipal Office and Jeep counter area around Krishi Gyan Kendra as prohibited areas.

People have been advised not to hold any protest program in the restricted area by the District Administration. Similarly, the District Administration Office has stated that legal action will be taken against those who will violate the restricted area.
