Minister of State for Health Bimala Kumari Khatri oli has dismisses the claim made by the Lumbini state government that she has resigned from the post of Minister of State for Health . Bimala not only dismisses the claim made by the state government but also said that she has not resigned from her post yet.

Minister of State Bimala had been under immense pressure to resign over allegations that she had entered another's home and beaten another woman and her minor daughter.

"She has resigned. I have accepted her resignation," Chief Minister Kul Prasad KC told parliament on Wednesday.
