Several powerful explosions thundered in Mykolayiv earlier this morning, Nexta reported. In the aftermath, Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych said that a high-rise residential building was hit by invaders. He added that rescuers and medics have already left for the scene. Meanwhile, photos and videos that were shared on social media show people's belongings scattered everywhere. 

Head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration Vitaliy Kim stated that two people were killed and three more locals and one emergency service officer were wounded.
