Foreign Minister Dr. Narayan Khadka has said that the chapter of State Partnership Program (SPP) is over and it will not move forward now as the issues related to the US (SPP) have been finalized.
Speaking at a meeting of the International Relations Committee of the House of Representatives on Friday morning, Minister Khadka said, "This is a settled issue. It is not in our national interest to move forward now.'
