Kathmandu, June 10
The government has increased the prices of petrol, diesel and kerosene. The government has increased the price of petrol by Rs 8 per liter and diesel and kerosene by Rs 12 per liter with effect from 12 noon on Thursday.
According to a press release issued by the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), with the new price, petrol will now cost Rs 178 per liter. Similarly diesel and kerosene will now cost Rs 165 per liter in the Kathmandu Valley.
The price of LP gas is still Rs 1,800. Similarly, the price of aviation fuel (internal) is Rs 166 per liter.
